DEC, like most US companies, had a good reputation here until they imploded (It was them had places in Clonmel and Galway?).. Good show, completely imaginary.. Someone brought out a book about John Mortimer, who wrote Rumpole, and he could be said to be enjoying life. AFAIK, still alive, and a knowledge of law, so has to be taken seriously. His opinions seem to be on the right side, generally.
