I'm trying to remember ... this may have been the VMITE that happened shortly after the first Chucky Cheese opened .... out behind the Blossom Hill shopping center (in an old, converted supermarket bldg).

For more topic drift, i had done backup-archive system that was deployed at several installations in the san jose area. VM-370 Internal Technical Exchange

On February 26, 27 and 28, GPD-IS will host a VM-370 Internal Users Me eting at the San Jose Research facility, building 028, 5600 Cottle Rd., San Jose, California 95193. The object of the meeting will be a technical exc hange of information among IBM locations using VM-370 around the world. P lease direct any questions about this meeting to me at lovelovexx. If you wi sh to use the internal network, my node is STLVM2 and my userid is lovelovexx.

Please bring your badge or ID card as it will be required for everyone .

The total meeting attendance will be limited to 260 so make your reservations early! If you are commimg from the USA you will need to make own room reservation. If you are comming from outside the USA you may send an ITPS to lovelove, R14-D184, Santa Teresa, AAST and she will make the requested reservations and send you a conformation ITPS. Please in clude your ITPS address as part of the original ITPS so Marge can send your conformation.

I will have all the presentations reproduced and distributed after the meeting to all attendees unless they request otherwise. I will have them ready before the meeting IF I receive them in time.
