That "TUCC" refers to the Triangle University Computation Center which was the computer consortium owned by the University of North Carolina, Duke, and North Carolina State university and located in the Research Triangle between Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh NC. TUCC did a fair amount of development in HASP. It was one of the first area university networks, executing jobs submitted remotely from the three universities.
