Now, fortunatly, the oil price has edged up in just the right phase of a business cycle. This means we got a decade or two to adapt and build the toolchain that will be needed for a sustained energy production. First get to 15% of the total, than that can be scaled up.
Now, the US is forced to adapt. The $4 on the pump will see to that. It won't go away.
