The Pankian Metaphor 3023So stop buttuming bias. Stop buttuming they are negative. Try to read them as fact. I'm not saying that you have to "believe"; I'm trying to get you to read with objectivity. I am talking about today's Democrat leadership. The chairman of the committee, the power behind that chair. What is done to Dems who object to any deliberations w.r.t. this peril. The chair goes on TV, repeatedly get asked what the platform of the Dems says about this peril. The only answer coming out of those insane mouths is "Trust us. We have plans; we just aren't tell you about them yet." THis is complete utter arrogance. It implies that only they know how to run the country and make decisions. This is completely throwing out the Consbreastution and advocating an oligarchy which rapidly degenerates into a dicatorship, usually viscious. The Pankian Metaphor 3026 The Europeans `chickened' out of the Iraqui mess because they knew, and had informed the US and... And nobody, absolutely nobody, is telling them no. Instead they implicitly agree by bashing and blaming Bush for all things bad that happens; this includes hurricanes. They have given Bush a god-status by saying that Bush can cause hurricanes. You don't consider this insane? All of this helps to keep your attention focused on everything but the real dangers. It takes work, hard work. What you had in mind also implies that noone can do anything unless they get permission from an authority. Innovation and thriving economies depend on people who can identify what work needs to be done and does it without requiring somebody to boss them. I'm working on it. Kicking butt helps. The Pankian Metaphor 3024 snip This is semantic quibbling, but -- what you say about these folks *IS* negative. It may be factual, and I do try to... Good. :-) You are capable of thinking. BAH
