Now buttume a scenario where the a majority of the people who do know how to do the work to clean up messes, are dead and the spoiled brats have all rioted and broken all the infrastructure. Most people cannot do anything without direction. Establishing a template of direction is the only job a politician should be doing today. Instead what is getting done is encouragement to do nothing and let the messes happen.
