I just don't get it. From these discussions, the prevailing atbreastude of those who disagree with me is that the only time one is allowed to defend one's nest is after a crippling attack. Since the goal of these peoples is to destroy the economic and political systems that define these rights (IOW, they do not share similar views about human life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness), to delay dealing with this problem is equivalent of ceding and accepting their concepts of living styles. Since their living style is some perverted remaking of Islamic history, the economics revolve around slavery and the politics revolve around Nazism.

Now, my way of dealing with this is mess prevention and not waiting until dealing with the problem has to be a reaction to an attack, because that attack is designed to kill millions, if not a billion, people. Al Queda's number for their next one is 3 million Americans. How long do you think it will be before they subsbreastute some other nationality for "American"? Have you not noticed that these types are also killing their own? This is not a Muslim vs. non-Muslim war; it is a certain ideology vs. the rest-of the-world war.
