Think Adddams family - Morticia's skirt - I think they are called a tulip ? Super tight from waist to knees, then a tiny bit of a flare to mid-calf, then a bell.

Those pants are worse - and opposit problem to the tight skirt, which forces mincy little steps by keeping one's legs glued together almost all the way down - I watch the kids on my street, they walk all wide-legged and squatty to keep the damn pants from falling off entirely. Has to be bad for the hips and knees, wonder how many in-fashion kids will suffer from serious pain in later years.

Gangsta wanna-bes, copying the inner city kids who copied the 'hood (supposedly). Can't be a (successful) criminal in those pants - no way to run quickly short of shedding them, and once shed, the colorful, almost neon undies would give them away.

A few girls here 'bouts have formed an anti-low-rider-pants committee. They lurk on the edges of shrubbery-edged yards, yank the pants down as the boys traipse by, laugh like hell and run off. I'm waiting for the cameras to appear, the next logical step in humiliating the pre-teens and young teens who are the primary targets.
