Thou shalt have no other gods before the ANSI C standard 1458One of my favorite westerns, too. I even had a Palladin toy gun and holster, 1960 vintage. There's an Internet radio station that still plays Johnny Western's unforgettable theme song. I seem to recall Gene Roddenberry mentioned in a lecture back in the 70's that he once worked on the show in some small production capacity. However, Palladin Press is well-known for their legal troubles. They are a sort of technical publisher, only the books are on military special forces type activities, as well as false idenbreasties, subversion, buttbuttination, and tips on various illegal activities such as how to modify weapons for automatic fire. Think of it as a whole library of "Anarchist Cookbook" type manuals. They also publish useful books on gunsmithing for military type firearms. They were popular in the kinds on... "Police Science" seems to be a favorite for comunity college type 2 year degree programs. From what I recall the last time I saw the local CC catalog they cover basic business management, legal issues such as liability, probable cause, relevant court rulings, etc. The target audience is either those planning to become police officers or current officers who might want to advance into management positions.
