After a stint in the Navy (as ordinary draftee, made corporal at the end) where the job was in effect to be sectretary to some top brbutt; the name got into the OTHER Frost&Sullivan database.

This was right in the middle of the Star Wars era and the end of the Evil Empire was not upon ups yet, so constant technology updates was needed. I remember the "Advances in nuclear anti-submarine warfare", and "Nuclear buttisted high energy light pulses in space" as two of the course offerings that dumped into my mailbox. I thought it pretty amusing. I left them on the coffeetable for my pinko friends to discover.

Prices were in the $10k range, and each course carried a long string of necessary clearances needed to participate. I gatheres my boss'es boss in the Navy, (lower rank admiral in charge of supplies to an entire navy) could pbuttible have sneaked past a single one of those requirements.
