This is a possibility. So far, there's no indication it will happen. The Iraqis are developing their rules and infrastructures very fast given the circumstances. They know what they're doing and they're achieving it. But none of this can be done in a mille second. I don't understand why people don't know this.

No. The majority of Muslims are not in favor of these thugs. They are afraid of them and, up until a few months ago, were not saying a blessed thing about protesting thugism. There have been a few lately which is an enormous step; these people (not just Iraqis but all Muslims) have been held at gunpoint for decades. Aren't you noticing?

Another positive datum is the first year I didn't hear any thing against these thugs. Then the rate was 1-year. So far this year, I've been hearing of events every other month. If this continues, the events will become common place and the default. The persons will no longer have tacit permission from anybody other than a few leaders. Those leaders, whether they are heads of organizations or countries will either adjust their tactics or lose power.
