Please, by all means, PROVE it...you have access to the programmes...supply a FACTUAL case - with verifiable evidence - that discounts it as a "lie"...

Whereas, of course, when Colin Powell presented detailed maps of where WMDs were, this was all "factual"...

When Bush claimed that they'd found WMDs, he wasn't lying...even though these claims were ridiculed by experts and quickly retracted...

When Bush adminstration stooges "suggest" links between Saddam and 9-11 - even though Bush has directly stated 100% that they had absolutely no evidence of any such link (and the 9-11 commission has concurred with that, as have other independent bodies asked to buttess terorrist threats, in and out of America, with a completely unanimous verdict that there are simply NO links between Saddam and 9-11) - that these "suggestions" aren't attempts to coax the American people to believe that which they KNOW is not true...by "implying it heavily" but not actually, interestingly enough, ever stating it outright...this is an old lawyer's trick..."imply", "suggest", "hint" but never state it outright, then, technically, you were never "lyiing"...

Whereas, previously, Bush denied "climate change" categorically as not even existing...when he arrived for the G8 conference, he gave an interview where he said he will not subscribe to any "Kyoto-like" agreement...because he believed it was in American interests to tackle the problem - you know, the one he claims doesn't exist, that he is now entirely contradicting himself - by "investing in new technologies"...which is contradiction #4756 from Bush when it comes to saying that things that exist don't exist or that things which don't exist do exist...as Mark Twain remarked, if you tell the truth then you don't need a good memory to remember to keep your lies consistent...

Whereas, when Blair claimed no political manipulation of the "dodgy dossier" (which, immediately upon release was identified as having a plagarised report from a student's thesis, who had no access to any privileged intelligence and was NOT, as claimed, any member of "British intelligence"...and, even then, the report was altered to make it sound worse than it really was...the stupid bastards clearly don't know how Google works, as their attempt to defraud everyone was instantly discovered)...then the fact that a later inquiry ruled that the "cavaets" had been removed by politicians is a contradiction that doesn't mean he was lying through his teeth?

Oh, a document to which the American adminstration called "an excellent document"...strange, it has been proved to be plagarised, manipulated and - as there were no WMD, as everyone now knows - the whole thing was wrong...if not a delibrate lie...as the entire thing was a dossier about WMD, so, as there were none, the entire document is null and void...none of it could have been true...just like Colin Powell's "presentation", which also was based entirely on an buttertion of WMD...but, as there were none, then the whole thing was a lie...

All the lies are truth and all the truth is lies?

Yeah, that about sums up Bush's chief policy during his administration thus far...
