Yes, you are buttuming he's doing work that has been done before now and that his problems wrestling with the computer have already been anticipated and solved. It is impossble for this to occur. Soft-hardware developers can make pretty educated guesses but that's all they are: guesses. We won't know how our products will be used at the cutting edge of computing until people like Herman play.
