Why Was: US Military Dead during Iraq War 1811
You were there. Strange. I didn't see you. What did you look like...the fly that was on the wall just before I splatted it?
Why Was: US Military Dead during Iraq War 1812 I respect you as a manager. Sadly, this doesn't happen in many large organizations in the US. HPs current problems are largely rooted precisely in that middle managers were and still are permitted to... Future Leadership Was: US Military Dead during Iraq War rpl Not to worry: The "typical" kid may be a doofus, but there are plenty of bright... I didn't say they were indispensible. I said they were important to business. IOW, the work these guys did produce more profits and more business than most of all other employees. Why do you think corporate reacted that way when quitting was considered? It was not because they were nice guys or had strong politics. It was because the work these guys did made millions if not a billion for that company. One thing Gordon has never done is lie to me for purpose of telling me what I want to hear. Gordon was, and probably still is, incapable of imagining what I may want to hear. Sounds like you did some work rather than spend your work time on internal politics. Perhaps that's the way people work now. Do you honestly think that we stayed at DEC because of the physical rewards? I don't think I can describe the work aura in that place. I've been told that I was spoiled because the majority of the people I worked with were exceptional thinkers who liked to work and liked to build things. Of course they are. They are supposed to. A successful company figures out how to make the benefit of the company and the benefit of each worker be the same thing. We ignored the social parasites and got our job done. With the exception of one person, none stayed very long. BAH Subtract a hundred and four for e-mail.
