Nitpik. It's not just a rogue state. A culture that has no value on human life will also not care about clean weapons. When that culture is run by religious ideoloues, it is a God-given duty to send all people to their rests so they can be "saved". I'm using Christian-centric words because I can't recall the equivalents of Islam. The threats are not only Islam ideology; there is also a threat from the Christians. The differnce is that the Muslims have oodles of money, a larger resource of human flesh to expend and the infrastructure in place to organize.

But I don't see any of these ideologues thinking "borders". There are no borders; the nationalistic thinking is a Western concept which these people are trying to eradicate.

It's much more difficult to inspire religious fervor making cars than making the devices that will kill the infidels. Killing non-Muslims as a duty is one of the rewrites of the Koran that has been done.

This only has to be done short term. All of these efforts can stop after acquisition of the world is accomplished.

No, they aren't. I don't make the mistake that these people are stupid. They will not put all of their eggs in one hole which can be destroyed by one plant.
