XBOX 360 2687Right. What I don't understand is how people think it can work this time. Yes. I've been learning about Korea. I haven't come across anything about Burma. I don't want to puke so I gloss over Haiti. I agree. But it's going to be f***ing messy before life corrects this aberration. I am yakking here for the sole purpose of preventing an unrecoverable mess. That is why I am not talking about US politics nor am I pro-Bush. He and his adminstration is the only group who is doing a bit that has some chance of preventing complete destruction. I had not heard that. I have noticed other things that are very promising. I'm not sure these people have enough time. I think something will happen that will make any of these efforts moot since the world will be back to living and trading centers that have a radius of 50 miles. Yes, there are wonderful things happening, now that some do not have to fear complete annihilation. For the first time, a non-Muslim western country is saying no to their Islamic extremists and, more importantly, using the stick to enforce it. They are starting to feel safer and they are noticing that these radicals are destroying their religious tenets. than the US begin to deal with this anti-western problem with more than sugar-coated pleas for getting along. Of course. They had to layer their coda over the conquered but, as in the case of Islam, tweaker their coda to allow controlled exceptions to the rules. For example, any Jewish group could run their community according to their religious law if it did not interfere with the Islamic codes. Yes. Regular people get real cranky when their automatic living habits are disrupted. Cranky people stop being productive in retaliation. Oil has been used as an example of proof. There is a curious cognitive dissonance in the US which implicits accepts the mantra that "oil is a sin". It is used interchangably with "big business is a sin". Both phrases have come to mean the same thing here. So far, I've backtracked this to Demcrats' ploy of "rich vs. poor" when they convince our middle clbutt that they are the poor. Since this has been a successful theme for eons, I can't find a source where this trend started. So I can't figure out why, and thus, figure out how to fix it. XBOX 360 2693 That is called habit. There are cases where maintaining the habit was destructive; there a lot more cases where stopping the habit because the reason was forgotten was deadly. With Islam, things seem to... That laymen doing tasks is why the current mess is happening. These people are too young and somehow, the infrastructure of handing down wisdom seems to have disappeared. I don't understand how this happened. It is one, perhaps the only one, reason Iraq has most of its current messes. Not only in some, but it seems like a lot of 20-somethings are being allowed to do anything they want. In the US, this group gets to work as staff or have two-year political positions with not much opportunity to make messes. This training seems to have been done away with under Mulsim rules. That's why not having a single leader is a problem. However, the only person who is allowed to be The One is the Koran's equivalent to Christianity's Messiah (I can't find the word for this). Five years ago, I thought that Ben Ladin was deluded into thinking he was this person; but I was told there wasn't any evidence. AFter Ben's speech this week, I still think so. XBOX 360 2690 From what I'm seeing, smart people are not considering. Well, a side effect of Ben Laden is that those of us, who left politics... YES! This is partly becaues of the tradition that the political ruler is also the protector of the religion. It seems that every ruler rather redefined the religion which, of course, guarantees a mess. This is why separating the two orthogonal pillars of society is important (church and state). That's because, within the last 60 years, moderation was culled out. If you were publicly moderate, you got end. Moderation is viewed as heresy which is the worst sin a Muslim can commit. (Or do I mean a different word?). The Calvin gets end young. Do you have any feel for how business is going in Afghanistan? Our news and politicians avoid it like the plague because stuff is working. No. The problems in Iraq are a side effect of Europe's major countries playing both sides of the fence. This has been interpreted as no matter what messes are made, Europe isn't a group that mess-makers have to worry about. Since Europe has undermined everything to do with Iraq, their buttumptions, about the US' strength and ability to retaliate when a mess is made, are very low. IOW, the US has been weakened because Europe has sniped and undercut and withdrew support, especially verbal, of preventing messes. I have no intention of shooing it away. You make a severe mistake by buttuming that it's a fourth of the world and only Islam. It is very important to get a Muslim middle clbutt started working. You do understand that a huge part of what makes Western civilization western is the fact that a middle clbutt is allowed. Why do you think Ben Laden destroyed two buildings that had "trade" in their names? He can't do anything unless he has the acquiecense of the head religious leader (is this called an ayatollah?). Did you listen to his press interview that was aired on our CSPAN? Somebody has to remove their silk white petticoats, put on coveralls and muck boots, and start shoveling. This has nothing to do with leaving well enough alone. No. Even you are pointing out hints that they do not. I'm seeing more and more of US Muslim communities beginning to take responsibilities with helping mess preventions. In the past, they had to stay quiet or they or their families would be end. If there are no checks and balances, then why do I hear items about the Iraqi leadership saying no and the US listening. Of COURSE THERE IS!! I've been reading about that time in the Middle East. The whole region was this close to Soviet control, where was a couple of hours, a day at the most. XBOX 360 2689 I was basing what I wrote on an article on the Mennonites in, I think, Montana, that appeared...
England and Israel were on opposite sides for a couple of hours. France stopped support. At that time, England and France were antagonistically neutral. I could not believe this when I read it. I asked about the author's bias and received the answer that this wasn't it. I read it. Or are we talking about different wars? One thing that I still keep getting confused is which war was which in Israel. Of course. The Israel thingie is the one that works all the time. They have to get money. Normal channels have been disrupted. XBOX 360 2688 On Sat, 28 Jan 2006 17:42:40 +0000 (UTC), Andrew Swallow Given that Israel has far more qualified people to put into the field, and that at one point in... Sigh! GOOD. It's about time somebody else gets worried. ;-) BAH
