Having seen a real Muslim society now, I respect their respect for the old (specially as I'm well into that zone now.).. Old people, that in our land would be in retirement homes, being kept as part of the family unit. There was a bit on one of the US networks about Bedu being `relocated' in the Negev, the reporter interviewed the tribal chief about it (without going into the complexity of ownership that allows the Israelis to do this with a fiction of legality), and finished up telling the Bedu Chief how lucky they were to be in Israel, where they could vote for whoever they wanted. The Chied looked at him as if the interviewer was mad. Whoever this person voted for was pointless, not only was he an Arab, but a Bedu.

They always did. Its the one subject that riles all Arabs, and most Muslims. Thats how you get backing, get a common enemy, and make idiotic suggestions on how to remove it.
