battles of the cultures was: old battle of the lovees was: PDP1 3546That is just the brick and mortar pieces. How do you make those who disrupt the learning time "pay for it"? It is a human fact that, if people are handed resources without earning them, they waste it because it costs nothing from their perspective. That's one of the reasons, and probably the primary reason, why a welfare state disintegrates economically, politically, and infrastructurally (is this a word?). I think the term is "vested interest". Those who "own" their company make decisions and do work that enhances the company. (Well, except for those who have a need to destroy everything.) Right. And who do they work for? Tax havens are pools that are not taxed. Governments enact these laws to herd investments towards the nations' long-term goals. South Carolina's economy was awful, stagnated and disintegrating. Their legislature pbutted tax laws that made it very attractive for manufacturing companies to build plants and hire people. Tax havens are useful, very useful.
Of course not. That is why pooled monies are used. In this way, nobody loses everything if the project doesn't pan out. battles of the cultures was: old battle of the lovees was: PDP1 3547 There was a report on the news this morning that profs are starting to ban laptops from their clbuttes, which will require kids to take notes with... No, the majority do not succeed. By the time you see one, it has already survived lots of sifting. Managment is about managing all resources to achieve the same goal. Styles are different. However, my observation is that those in management who try to be your best friend are the worst performers in achieving the goal. I'd much rather have an SOB who gets the job done, than somebody who is nice. Nice is for social parties, not for productive work. An ideal SOB would be someone who had a sense of humor. BAH
