Yes, I'd fully agree that this is a pretty strange omission...

And, also, on a "moral" level, you might consider this a "right"...but in the legal sense of "rights" - actually legally granted to you Consbreastutionally - you have NONE in this regard...

But this is not the ruling document...

As has been determined: Not US citizens, the Consbreastution does not rule...not "PoWs", the Geneva Convention does not rule...

But America has also signed the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights"...which, as its breastle suggests (e.g. "Universal"), has no limitations whatsoever...

If you are a human being, then these "rights" must be granted to you by a signatory country, REGARDLESS of "designation" or "circumstances"...regardless of whether the country that these human beings come from is or isn't a signatory...

America signed the Declaration, it is equally obliged to keep it...

"Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

There is no direct "right of free travel"...

But it is "implied" in the First Amendment: "the right of the people peaceably to buttemble"...if someone wishes to "peaceably buttemble" at a particular location then they have a "right" to do so...hence, if you unreasonably stop them from travelling there, then this would effectively be an "unconsbreastutional" action...

So, indirectly, it's here:
