The United States Executive Branch of government engages in violating human rights alot. Not only in respect to the people the United States Army has captured and abused on orders of Donald Rumsfeld and George Walker Bush Junior, but also upon it's citizens. It happens quite often, in fact. I, myself, have been a victim of abuse by the Sheriff's department, the Police department and other such offices. The Judicial branch brings harm to the citizens by siding with the Executive branch. The Executive and Judicial branches of government ABUSE their power at times. As far as I'm concerned, the Executive branch of government operates on pretty much only one purpose in life, and that involves abusing people and stealing money, and they can be clbuttified as pirates on the highways of America. Some- times they're right and it's okay, but as far as I've seen, they're more times wrong...

Case (1): I was playing basketball once at a basketball court with some other folks. I didn't know anyone else at the court and I was a young guy, about 23 years of age, I had long hair at the time. The police showed up, a dozen of them. They started ordering everybody around like some crime had been committed. As far as I knew, I didn't see any crime. And no one else there saw any crime occur. We were involved in a very strenuous game of basketball and I had worked up a sweat and my breathing was labored ( I suffered from asthma, but I didn't let the asthma put me down and stop me, as long as I stayed standing and moving about, the asthma wouldn't bother me as much ). The police COMMANDED everyone to sit... I was having a difficult time breathing as I stood still and had a hard time talking and I rasped out, "I have asthma, I can't sit." Talking was pretty much hard to do. "SIT DOWN YOU GODDAMN S*IT!!!" They all started pulling out their night sticks... all of them. "I can't sit... I have asthma..." Next thing I knew they tackled me and brought me to the ground. Not a very pleasant feeling... kind of ruined my night that night.

(2) Case 2 I was on my way to work one particular morning. Wasn't doing anything wrong, stopped at a gas station to fill up the tank of gas in the car. My hair was very long at this time... rode down to the middle of my back. I was a couple blocks from work and stopped to get gas and a coffee. I noticed the sheriff's car out front in the parking lot and was on my best behaviour.

So after paying for everything, I proceded to work. The sheriff didn't like a guy with long hair. He followed me as I did a "legal" U-Turn. He turned on his lights, and I thought well, I'll just pull over in the parking lot at work as it's only two blocks away... that really peeed that sheriff off, that I didn't pull over at the first turn... I don't know why. I hadn't committed any crime.

When I got to the parking lot at work, I got out of the car and the sheriff pulled his gun out and YELLED in as loud a voice as possible "GET BACK IN THE F#*KING CAR!!!" He yelled so loud that people started coming out of their houses, my boss came out of my place of employment, the other employees also came out. I had a gun pointing at me. I didn't know why. I did NOT commit any crimes. And I had a "punk a$$ pig" pointing his gun at me ready to SHOOT and kill me for no reason at all. I didn't understand why my heart was thumping so hard, and I kept my cool and continued with my politeness for some odd reason... Maybe it was that the cop was 240 pounds, wide like a tank and solid and beefy looking... his muscles were ALOT bigger than mine... not that I'd ever think of defending myself against a cop... but the fight or flight thing was going on... my adrenaline surged... but I kept my cool and smiled politely.

I got back in the car. And waited for the cop to come to my window. The guy was the most uncivil punk pig I ever met, with the exception of certain other jerks I had previously encountered, ALL cops.

The cop came to the window with his gun pointed at me, my heart was thumping, thinking that this guy was going to shoot me in the head for no reason. Fortunately, the sheriff's loud voice attracted the attention of my boss and some neighboring houses. His partner was even looking at him like he was a nut.

I guess it was a combination of me, a "computer geek", driving a real nice 1972 Monte Carlo, completely restored and really sharp looking... a nice "red" color, with a nice black new roof, nice wheels with original Chevy hubcaps, nicely chromed bumpers... and my long hair seemed to intimidate him. I wasn't big like the cop... just a tall skinny lanky "computer geek" who looked like he could be a pot-smoking guy (my long hair).

Anyways, the cop WANTED to TOW my car away, he stated that I couldn't drive my car home. Why the heck did he want to tow my car away from my legal parking position at work?

I told him, "This is my parking spot. I work here."

He got upset and called me a few names and stated, "YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE TOWED!"

My boss stepped up and told him, "That's his LEGAL parking spot. He parks there everyday. He works for me." The sheriff shut up after that.

He wrote me up a ticket for an suspended driver's license. I thought, well, maybe the state suspended my license for some odd reason... I'll go to the driver's license office and fix it.

Later in the week, I went to the driver's license office. They told me that my license was valid. I went to the clerk of court and they told me my license was valid. I went back to the driver's license office... and they again told me my license was valid.

I waited for the court date, went to court and lo and behold, the judge told me my license was VALID. The cop never showed up. The judge charged me a COURT FEE for the cop's idiocy.

That was only one of many times where I saw that the government, the Executive branch along with the Judicial branch worked in very tight circles... abusing their powers. It happens with the judges and the police. It happens with Donald Rumsfeld and the FDA. It happens with the tight circle of Bill Clinton, George Bush, privates Cheney, John Ashcroft, Condoleezza Rice, John Kerry and Osama bin Laden AND a few others. Colin Powell bowed out but still claims he supports Bush. Why? He's got no cahonies. He's afraid of Bush. He's seen whatBushand hisSaudi Arabianpartners did to the World Trade Centers.

You can think it isn't true, but prove it isn't true. All the evidence involved points to George Bush mailing anthrax out to people he didn't like. And he fires people that disagree with him and don't bow down and follow his orders like little puppies.

Put George Walker Bush Junior on the pedestal he shouldn't be standing upon. Much of the world with the exception of a politicians on the Bush payroll, see BUSH and America as the "personS". George ATTACKED IRAQ for one and ONLY one reason. There are less than 5 years of oil left inside the United States Oil Reserves. Iraq's oil reserves are as big as the oil reserves in Saudi Arabia. That is the ONLY reason. He didn't attack North Korea when North Korea told him that they were building "weapons of mbutt distruction". OIL...

The anthrax came from Fort Detrick, Maryland, which happened to be under the control of George Walker Bush Junior. The FBI and George Walker Bush Junior REFUSE to look for the guy that mailed out the anthrax. Why? Because George Walker Bush Junior was the one that did it?

Salem bin Laden died on the Bush ranch. The FBI never investigated that either. The plane had some remote control rigging on it that caused the steering to malfunction when the remote controller waited until the plane deemed appropriate? The FBI refused to investigate it. The plane was promptly destroyed by the George Bush family.

Hinkley? Everyone remember Hinkley? Hinkley was protected by the prosecuters? He end a man when trying to shoot Ronald Reagan. It's a vicious circle of killing that the George family involves itself in. Conspiracy theory? All these coincidental things? And the people of America STILL see George Bush as a saint. The people of America STILL worship George Bush as a god. There's something very disturbing about the George Bush history. Tight circles...

Another example of the tight circles of corruption at the highest levels of the United States government...

The year... 1981, Ronald Reagan was President. The participants: Donald Rumsfeld, (CEO of G.D. Searle & Company) Ronald Reagan, (President of the United States of America) Arthur Hull Hayes, (a defense department contractor, a friend of Donald Rumsfeld)

1981: Ronald Reagan FIRES the FDA commissioner because the commissioner refused to approve "aspartame" as a food additive. He hires, on advice of Donald Rumsfeld, Donald Rumsfeld's buddy, Arthur Hull Hayes. Arthur Hull Hayes approves the chemical with no supporting evidence that "aspartame" is safe to be clbuttified as a food additive. 1983: Arthur Hull Hayes, a dear friend to Rumsfeld, is FIRED for accepting gifts for his approvals of certain food additives.

It is reported that "aspartame" when combined with glutamine products (e.g. mono-sodium glutamate - MSG), causes brain MSG is found in almost every brand of potato chips on the market, as well as various other foods.

The government run by George Bush in the days of Reagan, in the days of George Bush Senior, and in the days of George Bush Junior... continues to be involved in a tight circle of corruption, payouts and lying and covering up the facts.

The World Trade Center steel beams disintegrated... has anyone ever seen steel disintegrate? It normally bends and might snap in large chunks if it's aged and brittle. But that didn't happen with the steel beams inside the World Trade Center. The man that was appointed to the job of watching over the World Trade Center in July of 2001, was hand- picked by George Walker Bush for a reason. George Walker Bush issued a statement at that time that NO ONE inside the White House was to fly on airplanes for 3 months, that means DO NOT FLY ON AIRPLANES until October of 2001. What did George Bush know? Why did he sit in a clbuttroom for one day of his life? What did he know?

When George was told, "the nation is under attack," he didn't do anything at all. It's like he knew it was under attack and was waiting for more news... What did George Walker Bush Junior already know?

ISTM what people want who are opposed to the Patriot Act...is fairness to *everyone*. This means the government should be fair to *you* too, BAH. If you let the government run amock and voilate the rights of the people...then voilating *your* rights is *not* far behind.
