At the time I had it long, there may not have been loveual reclbuttifications, but there were certainly social ramifications. And prior to my moving to the computer industry employment problems as well.

I've always, no matter what the length, chosen a style which is "wash and walk away." If I possibly can, I don't dry it any more than necessary to keep it from dripping. My niece, who cuts my hair, does a great job with styles which handle this.

The hippie era was done in the very early 70s. Anything after that was the wannabes. Of course. Nope. It was the threat of females making their own decisions, including...

My wife has similar issues. I kept trying to point out that the seat belts also had height adjustments, so they point the belt crossed her chest could be adjusted, but she just kept "forgetting" to put her belt on. Until the time she got in a near-accident, slammed on the brakes, and slammed numerous parts of her upper torso into the steering wheel. She decided to adjust teh belt and wear it (mostly) from then on.

I rarely wear shirts with two pockets. Heck, these days I rarely wear poos with ONE pocket except...

... those. And I have no idea.

It's always been my favorite form of pen. Smooth, clear line, with the right size nub and the right weight barrel it's a comfort to write with. I just often couldn't afford really good ones, and the cheap ones weren't worth it. I had one I paid $60 for for eight years before it finally wore out. My new one was, I think, about $80 and it should last another eight or ten years. It's not actually writing with them that wears them out, you just replace the nibs, it's the cleaning.

Follow on to a Palm Pilot. I had my first one for five years and the touch screen started to get erratic. My new one is a Zire 71. Nice, got a basic camera (which is handy now and again).

Me either. I don't, for example, carry my car keys in my pockets. If I don't have them in my hands, they're on my desk or in my jacket pocket. The fountain pen is fully covered. Hmmm. Just to be sure, "Fountain" doesn't mean "Desk dipping" pen. I'm talking about a liquid ink gravity feed gold tip pen. Here's the one I've got:

Except the nib on mine is gold.

I elected to take the line at your obvious meaning (given the comments leading up to it) rather than potential "low" meaning which might be attributed to it, and thus, responded in kind.

Yeah, well, saying "fix" in context of it's other possible interpretation has a whole level of meaning I don't want to examine either.
