Yes. They still believe in doing a good job. I suspect this atbreastude will fade away as people start to move into the middle clbutt ecnomic levels. But they have a large population of people who are willing to work.

This can be a slightly biased stat. What percentage of the population would be a better would it not? The economic clbutt average in China is slower moving from abject poor to lower middle. I don't know about Russia. Japan is going to implode because it's banking system is still in the sumurai days..I think. Is is possible for a low caste female in India to attend university yet? Or is the low caste laying system still prevalent? They can't mine their brightest if the exclude 80% of the population.
