They certainly are a drain. You might not see it because it's cheaper to have your lawn cut but you *are* paying for it in your taxes. Illegals are on welfare, they go to our schools, and even get preferential treatment on admission to colleges. In the southwest states it's so bad that hospitals and emergency rooms are going broke ans shutting down.

They don't work for minimum wage anyhow. Many are completely underground. AIUI, the wage in Mexico is about $1.30-hr. You're never going to get the wages here low enough to matter and still get work done.
The waters off Alaska are pretty frigid and a *LONG* way from anywhere. Canada is less of a problem because the Canadians aren't crossing in huge numbers to mow lawns. ;-) Canada is also a long way from anywhere, with some pretty frigid waters.
