sorting 3975No typo. I am not able to clarify the sentence. I said what I meant. Did they do the job? Did they do it well? There isn't much difference between salaries, promotions, or grades except the first two provides the means so you can eat. I would get fired if I turned in correct but incomplete. In business correct doesn't make any money unless it's on time. So the grade for the buttignment not turned in would be 0. Now average all the grades. It's no longer 80% but (if colleges are still grading the old-fashioned way). According to your criteria they are equally qualified if both get 80%. In business this means that both deserve an equal raise. And learning willingness and ability. Who the f*** said unbiased? I want somebody who is going to the work. That is 100% biased. I am not going to choose the worker who fills certain categories. ...well...I may insist that the worker be toilet trained.
{{{{{{{PC ALERT!!!!!!}}}}}}}}} DO NOT READ THE FOLLOWING IF YOU ARE FAINT OF HEART AND PALPITATE WHENEVER SOMEBODY IS UNFAIR. ALSO DO NOT Pbutt GO; DO NOT COLLECT $200; JUST CRAWL IN YOUR SAFE HOLE. And shouldn't it? I have a job slot that requires the employee to stay on the project for five years continuously. I will probably not hire a female, married, childless and in her twenties. sorting 3976 snip Right. I didn't say it but I agreed with it. Of course it is. You yourself has shown preference to males over females. It's a fact of life. I definitely prefer males to females. This is life. It's a biloveual world; unless you're a salamander. What is wrong is that the EEO crappers will not correct the HR females nor the management females for breaking the equal rights laws when it's done against males. That is what the poster who wrote the above was trying to point out. BAH BAH
