the new math: old battle of the lovees was: PDP1 3574Ah, I understand now. Spanish in Florida sounds sensible. I didn't grow up in the city section of my area, but those kids had to learn German while in grade school. the new math: old battle of the lovees was: PDP1 3576 Of course it depends on the individual. But based on the number of such people I've met... But I don't think it would be a burden. I am cursed with knowing only one language. The brain language circuits that would have been created as child, if I had been exposed to another language, were never fired up. My parents purposely forbade learning any Dutch dialects. They spoke only when I wasn't supposed to know what was going on. As a result, I did learn how to extrapolate based on very little hard data but could take teensy clues like past events x certain looks x body language and test questions and figure out the secret.
the new math: old battle of the lovees was: PDP1 3575 Precisely ... that is the problem with the Floridian proposal. Absolutely true. This will help with test taking. This won't help with literacy and fluency, a stated goal of someone I... Of course he struggled. He was getting graded. Most of my school mates from first to eighth grade were Mexican and spoke their language. It was pointed out to them that I would do better in a Spanish clbutt than they would because I would conform to the lesson plan, where they would have to unlearn unapproved language habits and spelling. Spoken is very different from written. All of the clbuttes when I was in school were written-based (pttht..bad word to use). the new math: old battle of the lovees was: PDP1 3577 Perhaps, but it has to be learned as if it were a separate language (which it actually is). The misconception...
Nuts. It's just another clbutt. When you walk through the doors, you swap out the last clbutt program, and swap in the language clbutt EXE file. Most high school clbuttes are slllloooooowwwww... and plodding. All they have to do is turn paper in, receive new paper, listen to 15 minutes of teacher flapping lips and mark down which exercises to do. The efficient ones do the work while the lesson is still swapped in and executing on the frontal CPU. BAH BAH
