The Doctors are where the buck stops. They are the ones that are sued. There are 1,000's upon 1,000 of vague jobs under them that have no responsibility whatsover.

`good job'? When I was able to do whatever needed doing after years of working for others. Thats a few years ago now, when you get to a certain age, people don't take you seriously. Now a good job is getting up in the morning. I have friends in retirement home that I visit. They get out of bed, sit watching TV, eat, (the rest), get back into bed. Thats not a `good job'.

Re the women taking over medicine. I'm not saying its a bad thing (or a good thing), it just is what is happening. History in the making, as we look on. If one tried to stop that, one would have to intefere with the selection process. (Imagine going for an operation and knowing that the doctor was there because he was male, rather than he was competent).. Oh, yes, the politicians want to do that for other groups. They would, wouldn't they?.
