Doesn't sound like the Tiger list I know...

Things I'm Happy about in Tiger which Suck In Vista :

20. Works on my old G3 with ATI Rage 128. 19. Two versions, desktop and server. 18. User Account Controls: Yum! 17. Two words: My Desktop. 16. Works on OS X. 15. Networking is BSD, the backbone of the Internet. 14. Works find with Apple servers, NFS, and even Windows file servers. Peer file sharing is easy to set up. 13. They got network setup right the first time and left it alone after that. 12. Just the right number of network control panels. 11. They got the Display setup right the first time and left it alone after that. 10. The menus are the same as before; just now there's an application menu, which should have been there all along. 9. Well, crap. Windows Defender doesn't run on OS X. 8. No problems. 7. Tons of Dashboard Widgets. 6. iLife. 5. One menu bar, no confusion. 4. installation is easy and painless. 3. Works for me. 2. Single and five-license family packs. 1. Innovation and elegance.
