Maybe you don't understand the page. The secondary list are people that have been buttigned "claims" by people that doesn't have any scoring ability. Click on each one and find out why they have no troll points. Most are because the only one in the RTS trying to buttign them troll points are you, and you lost your ability to buttign scores a long time ago.
Nopes - Merely claiming that someone is lying doesn't mean they are lying or that they are trolls. Now, if ten people with the socring ability of 10 would call him a troll, then you'd have another story. As it is, you're the only one who is claiming that and you have a scoring ability of -30 or something like that. I.e. your word means nothing in the RTS.

I've not excluded a single one. People are excluded (lose their SA) either by their own actions or by the opinion of the majority.
