Ok the rock solid P4 1.5, 1 gig, 80 gig has poo the bed. Just as well, tired of giving computer lessons. I am going to try this Apple thing one more time. My mom is 65 years old, has battled back from cancer three times, Breast, Lung, and Liver. The chemo has taken it's toll so. I am going to get her the cheapo Mac Mini (The one not buttembled by slaves in China). She has never even heard of Apple and we'll see if she can figure out it out.
Now I know many of you Maccies hate me, and that is a good thing. I can take your lame attempts at cutdowns because, well, they are just so lame. However leave the parents out of it. She taught nursing at some of the most prestigious universities in the country so she is very intelligent.

According to you chiselheads; I should be able to just plug itin , copy her MyDocuments to the Apple, install MS Office and leave. WTF, it's a $700 dollar investment.
