You're ignoring the pollution controls that went into effect to reverse that problem. IOW, rather than giving AP credit, you'd rather say those who warned us were wrong.

I seriously doubt that any such group exists. I think it's a fabrication that allows you to lump all those who hold opinions you disagree with into the same pile, and dismiss them all by linking together unrelated events and facts.
