The fact that it increases Apples already insane profit margins has nothing to do with it, eh Sparky?
Why not offer a laptop with one technology or the other and let consumers decide?
But Apple, like any other company, wants to make money and will leave *anything* it can get away with leaving out of its offering, such as internal modems even though a good percentage of people are still on dialup.
