Apple's Sweatshops 2598
I've done all the research I need. It's usually not a good thing to warehouse your workers on the factory grounds. That usually speaks of sweatshop behavior. I've seen the worst of the worst. Apple's Sweatshops 2599 ed It's been investigated previously, as have Foxconn's other facilities. Google if you want to do something other than argue without facts. No. I've merely read the official reports from genuine welfare and economics investigators... I know living conditions and cost of living are a lot lower in that part of the world. However that's part of the problem. Those people should be making a lot more money no matter what the cost of living is. I'm a strong advocate of capitalism and democracy however some of the countries that we buy products from don't practice democracy and capitalism is only tolerated to make money for totalitarian regimes and rich factory owners. I don't give a f***, if Apple is their biggest or smallest client. That's beside the point. I put no blame on Apple as of yet. If they knew about bad conditions and ignored it, I have no sympathy for them. You on the other hand seem to be an apologist before all the facts are in. I would advise you not act like a fool. Just because you like a product doesn't mean the people who own the company aren't complete jackbuttes. You look like a lapdog trying to defend even before they need defending. It's just a computer. Remember that and you will go far, you will live in happiness too, like the Oompa Loompa doom-pa-dee-do! John
