do you even know what outstanding wages ARE? say you work 40hrs-week and get paid every other week. you work the first week of the month, and 3 days of the second week. if you quit, you get paid your OUTSTANDING WAGES- pay for those 18 of 20 days, whether you're on salary or paid by the hour. the pdf you reference states that the outstanding wages are forfeited.
