Apple trounces Dell...again

Apple remains at the very top of computer users satisfaction survey.

"Dell still trails the quality leader in the personal computer industryÑAppleÑby a significant margin.

Apple's strong sales of Macintosh computers boosted profit 48% in the quarter ended July 1. This occurred while Apple completed the transition of its personal computers to microprocessors made by IntelÑa major change made without any apparent quality glitches."

So it now apparent that the local trolls have been making stuff up. It is also apparent now that the issues trotted around by the local trolls are not significant enough or in great enough numbers to affect Apple's quality rating in the least bit. It's actually up over last year.

Let the trolls begin spinning.
