You base that on the false buttumption that the UN Charter is a treaty, as it would pertain to consbreastutional law. It's not. We're essentially free to remove ourselves from the UN any time we wish. Frankly, I would actually start to support Bush if he would advocate our withdrawal from the UN entirely. I certainly don't have a problem with him thumbing his nose at their regulations, demands, and requirements.
