First MacBook price comparisson 1469

If I was attemting to answer the former question - which everyone here should know the answer to by now - I would have done so immediately after it. Alright, Mr Angry? Point is, the Sony (although not the Dell in this case) can be confingued with up to 2.16GHz, whereas the MacBook is limited to 2GHz, presumably to not interfere with MacBook Pro sales. Incidentally, I'm actually surprised Apple choce not to include a Core Solo version in the range, like they did on the Mini. At least then, they might have been able meet the old 12" G4 iBook pricepoint.
