If Apple has done any one thing really wrong about the Intel transition, it's not handling Adobe more directly. They should have developers on-site in adobe labs working with them round the clock to get Adobe software running natively.
Probably, but to do that over the Powermac, it'll be more about a faster I-O subsystem. Still only support SATA-I and no RAID 5 support are both issues I'd like to see resolved before replacing my Powermac. I have some hope for the first, and almost none for the latter.
