Unfortunately, this butthole may be speaking the truth here (for once). I think that there are many millions of folks who feel this way. But because its considered politically incorrect to say so in public, it doesn't get spoken of often. I don't really know who's at fault for this. But I cannot deny that its probably fact.

Don't blame him. The deep South is parochial, intolerant, and terribly unsophisticated. About the only cultural contributions made by the south are country hams, barbecue pork sandwiches (yum) and creole cooking - and those contributions were largely made by folks of African descent.

It all boils down to repecting another person's humanity.

But, of course, Pratt is simply too dirt-dumb to realizing that he's painting an entire group of people with the same broad brush.
