Sure they did. BIOS is not exclusive to the IMB PC you know? It's firmware. It stands for Basic Input-Output System. That's what Apple had before EFI. If it came on disk or if it was in firmware, Apple had a BIOS. Now what did Apple use before EFI?

Look you lost this argument. Stop trying to invent things I never said. I never said BIOS makes it a PC, you did. You're getting confused now. I said the x86 CPUs make it a clone. I never said BIOS alone. That's you and you're wrong.

Actually the more I talk, the more you get confused. When did I ever say that the BIOS is the only criteria for it to be a clone? x86 PCs means clone. That includes Itanium PCs, Apple PCs and Dell PCs. They're all clones, oh look there's someone else trying to talk some sense into you.
