MacMini Internal Airport Card FailureOT Why Its Pointless To Argue With Global Warming Believers 1) They don't mind lying about their cause. In fact, they think its a virtue. "In the United States of America, unfortunately we still... I have a new Mac-Mini (G4 1.4GHz w-OS 10.4.6), and I just came home from a small vacation and turned on my Mac-Mini, and I noticed that the Airport indicator shows no signal strength. I first reset the Airport Express and that did not change anything I then went into Airport Admin Utility and it showed my Airport Express just fine in the list of available wireless networks. I even got my wife's Dell laptop that connects to the same Airport Express and it shows a strong signal. I use the Airport Express to share my USB printer so my wife can print from her Dell laptop and myself from my Mac-Mini, but I connect using the Ethernet connection on my Mac. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? There is something wrong with the internal Airport receiver in my less then 4 month old brand new Mac-Mini, or is this just a software-firmware glitch? I've also noticed that the Bluetooth device of my Mac-Mini forgets I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and attempts to rediscover one or the other or both sometimes. If I have to take this in to be repaired, what is the average turn around time for repair, or is there some other thing I can do to remedy this?
