AV companies don't include definitions for DOS viruses to protect Windows. Not even to fool users as you are probably implying that we are arguing.

Simply, DOS viruses are included so that their product can be used to clean up disks from DOS machines.

And for PC, nowhere even close to the 114,000 you tout.

Millions, not billions, and yes. One virus along can cause millions of dollars in lost revenue. Billions, even.

You are quoting two companies with vested interests in overstating the viral threat to Windows as accurate sources.
