The concept of race is a pre-twentieth century geo-political construct. It has no basis in genetic terms. If someone has what we call "Negro features" it simply means that these features were selected for, either by environment or by choice. The same set of genes that make a black person's skin dark also make a Scandinavian's skin very fair. The same genes that make a black man's hair black and wirey makes a redheaded Irish womans' hair firey and silk-like, etc. There are no genes which make a person a Negro when arranged one way, or an Oriental when manipulated another, or a Caucasian when flipped a third. Every racial type started out black "out of Africa" and changes in environment started to select for lighter skin, and with that, populations started to select for other characteristics that eventually led to Caucasians, Mongols, etc., and variations within those groups.The only difference between people of different ethnicity is CULTURE. Physical characteristics ultimately mean NOTHING!
