But again, I'm talking about cli programs from UNIX. There are always a few spots to do with limits that do vary from Unix to Unix, but then, keeping a good UNIX reference book around doesn't hurt. The changes are minor if any.

Of course it will if you use Gnu Objective-C. The problem arises when you start dealing with the gui part. But this has nothing to do with the Unix part.
