No Creative Suite 3 until late 2007George Graves But this isn't due to the "paradigm change", per se, rather it's due to Apple's abusing its position as sole Mac OS supplier by denying any other dev tools the knowledege of how to package Universal Binaries. The major devs (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft, etc) were using Metrowerks CodeWarrior, which has (had) both a PPC and x86 compiler, and only needed to be enhanced to package PPC and x86 binaries into a Universal Binary that would run on MacTels. But Apple, desiring to shut down all other Mac dev tools, refused to share the knowledge of how to package-up a Universal Binary, thus *requiring* that one use Apple's XCode (even though Apple's tools over the years have sucked compared to the alternatives) to make Universal Binaries. Sadly, Apple's strategy is working, as Codewarrior doesn't even exist anymore (the major devs had to stop using it, so they lost their customer base), so they go the way of Think C, et al. Apple accomplishes its goal of becoming the dominant Mac dev tool supplier, but not by being better than the compebreastion, but by abusing its position as OS supplier. Is the Windows task bar usable Here's an honest question for the Windows people. Are you really able to quickly switch between...
