I should also point out that if there are suspicions of fraud over here, that's immediately a police matter under election law - with worse punishments than even the criminal law. And as we don't elect our policemen it's not a partisan investigation (police are in fact banned from belonging to or buttociating with any political party).

So how is the fiddling done, then?

And who invented and suffers from gerrymandering? Something else we don't seem to have here. It would also help if you didn't permit radio and TV political advertising - there would then have to be real political debate which might even allow minor parties to compete on a more level playing field - shock, horror!

I should also have mentioned the common people in these countries, who perhaps count more, in this battle for minds. They would certainly look at the Florida business and laugh.
