Yet I am very much in favor of freedom of religion, speech, etc. What I don't like is suppressing the "free exercise" of religion in order to avoid coming within a hundred miles of appearing to endorse it. As for the second, again, let's support the WHOLE thing. The language is quite clear that the "right" is buttociated with "a well-regulated militia," not a bunch of kooks like the NRA official who accused a school administration of violating the second amendment by requiring parental permission for a FIFTH-GRADER to do some activity.
