It would make a bit of sense, but the shipyard has always kept the measurements of low tide and high tide for decades. They data is reduced and averaged and a report is made on the results. Not hard to do, and so far no change. They worry a lot about their precious drydocks dating back to the early 1900s. Plus other studies concentrating on earthquake damage possibilities for various richter readings. The earthquake studies is primarily their biggest worries.
I've heard of this one also. Not surprising when you think about it.
The evidence gathered really isn't that overwhelming. Actually, I'd like to have the raw data and send it to Dr. Gray. I know that the GW is a polarizing topic, but the fact that it is polarizing gives way to suspicions about what is really going on. In my experience, when there is a squabble over something, there is always money involved somehow.
