From that chart, it looks as though from about 1910 to about 1950, the temperature rose pertty close to the same amount and on a similar slope to the rise since around 1975. Was that greenhouse gas Global Warming too? Did we stop emitting greenhouse gases between 1950 and 1977 when the trend stopped climbing and more-or-less stabilized? Looks to me that we've been in a warming trend for most of the last 100 years. Yet, somehow, the warming trend today is considered man-caused Global Warming but an almost identical trend in terms of the actual amount of warming and the rate of change between 1910 and 1950 is NOT "Global Warming?" I'm still real suspicious. There's too much politics tied up in this Global Warming issue.
