That there is nothing that declares the FACT that temperatures are rising even remotely as good as the theory that man-made greenhouse gbuttes make up most of it.
Which declares the slight drop in temperature between (ca.) 1945 and 1975.
How does that destroy "the case for for this current warming trend being man-made"? I see quite a big support.
For one it doesn't rise linear with man-made GHGs, you obviously have to figure in natural GHGs.
Second you ignore how much coal has been burned BEFORE 1910.
Third you then ignore Global Dimming (NOT "Global Cooling"), the fact that while industry world wide not only produced more CO2, but also more soot that made sure less sunlight reached the lower atmosphere to be trapped there. You also ignore that temperatures WERE infact still rising in areas where there wasn't as much industry that produced soot localy, but recieved CO2 from around the globe.
Last but not least: nobody but those who want to disprove the "man-made Global Warming theory" claim that MM-GHGs are the ONLY proposed reason for the change. -- Lars T.
Coal was used in the 19th century too and no global warming occured then, but that's not important. Fact is, coal or oil, the amout of CO2 contributed by civilization in 1910...
