So now, out of his stupidity, Dvorak says Apple should make Mac OS X Open Source.
Mac OS X is ALREADY ~90% Open Source!!! It's called Darwin OS. It's free. You can download it off the net. It runs on both PowerPC and Intel computers, Mac or PC.
The only reason Apple would ever give away the GUI of Mac OS X, which is what isn't Open Source, would be if they decided to fold and call it a day.
And on that day, Microsoft would crap their pants because they would see their own doom on the horizon. Who on Earth is going to want to use piece-o-crap M$ Windows when they can have the superior Mac OS X for free? Bye-bye Bill! Go suck on your money. Your vampiric fangs are no longer welcome in our necks.
